Quickref isn't working for me. Anyone else having trouble?

Also not working: Geraptiku, Turmaculus, Symol Hole, Shop of Offers...

And the Inventory and "Use Object" are extremely slow.

I have the same problem. Very annoying.

Okay, what is going on here?

Off the top of my head, current glitches:

- Petpets have disappeared.
- Stocks have disappeared. (Neodaq Index : 0 (0))
- Pages are very slow to load, or don't load at all.
- Auctions have disappeared.
- Altador Council prizes are not working for half of the users.
- Premium memberships are not being recognised.
- Godori is glitching in some browsers.

If you add to that the other glitches, such as the Advent Calendar and the Dice-A-Roo Jackpot (and I'm sure I'm forgetting or haven't discovered others), there's something seriously wrong.

I recognise that TNT have a life, and it's the holiday season. But really. I'm seeing more and more reasons to cancel my premium membership, and very few things compelling me to stay.

Add "Bug Reports" and "Support-Other" to the list of things not working -- now we can't even report the problems??

Edit: "Support-Other" finally came up. So where do I report "these pages won't load" problems?

I suggest everyone stay off the site, it's not worth your time waiting for the pages to load. I just hope they have someone on emergency call.

I was just going through my dalies, I can't do the grumpy/wise king, the tomb, collect my jelly or the lab.

Secret Lap is loading slow too. Every time I try to use it, it doesnt load the page, and I get a link that says something about "quickref"

I'm not sure I can get back to the site later today, so I'll just have to do the dailies that aren't broken and get back to real life. At least I'm not going to any pages that have user-generated content, so hopefully I'm not exposed to the cookie-grabbers.

I edited my petpages rather quickly, no problems are there yet. I give up.

I cant even post a reply on the guild message boards. I said something to my mate about its prolly slow cause alot of people, {refering to my experiences with the woods and the gravedigging} and he said its Neopets itself. Theres not a whole lot I can do on neopets when its acting like this...

Also the Neoboards are running slow. Seems like its taking forever just to make a simple post.

True they are entitled to a bit of mashing up going on at Christmas. But there were terrible glitches before that.

I reckon they need more staff. If only to monitor the boards more (I keep seeing terribly offensive messages daily that aren't removed for hours if not more).

As for premium, I wouldn't touch it anyway. If the site's this bad while I'm not paying, I don't want to see what it's like when I am. I can't believe it would be any better. What people have said has proved this.

The site wasn't too bad when I got Premium a few months ago. The odd glitch, but it was definitely not on such a large scale.

Unless something changes very fast, as soon as this is over I'm going to end up cancelling. As much as I enjoy some of the perks, particularly the SSW, I refuse to be paying $11 a month for a glitchy site. It's bad enough that there's one or two glitches. But this many? It's not worth my time, or money.

Definitely not a good day. Holiday weekends are like that, more users on at once and the site gets overloaded. It's like trying to ride an elevator that's over maximum capacity, just less dangerous to your overall well-being.

It wasn't even this bad when the plot was going, though. Yes, the site was laggy, but at least it worked.

Another glitch to add to the list: (Some) avs are being given out again. A user on neopian_adults just got the Packrat av message - but she already has it.

At least some of you can actually get on the site at all! I can't even get any site-related page to load!

I've been online for less than five minutes, and already I'm sooo bored without Neo.
