Still no news about the Advent Calendar. :roll:

21st December

* Babyblues, Eizzils, Nuks, and Weewoos can now be painted Christmas at the Petpet Puddle.

* Congratulations go to tinker_luver, who has just won the Site Spotlight award!

* This week's PPL award has been given to the Gwalla. Well done Cuddles, Sissy, pencil, Schnuckelchen, and all the others.

* King Roo is the latest challenger to beat in this new round of Better Than You.

* A new page of Borovan-themed Poems is now available!

* There are some new Shopkeepers for you to choose from with a Holiday theme.


* If the day is cold and you are bored, one of these books from the Book Shop might be what you need.

* A new Lenny Conundrum competition has begun. The answer to last week's was 1749600. 3,488 people guessed the correct answer earning themselves 574 NP each.

* Make sure you send your friends some of our more seasonal Greetings.

* Why not give hamstergirl224's Pirate Cave Of The Week - Fly, Arrows, Fly!?

I'm confused as to why they updated the Christmas Baby Blu with a different variation, it certainly doesn't look as nice as it was before.

Alright, who drew the Christmas Nuk? >.> That doesn't even look like a Nuk, it's ugly as hell. Not that I'd ever want to paint anything Christmas anyway. XD

Something was bothering me about the Christmas Nuk, and I finally think I know why. It's got this face with angular features on top of a rounded body, and the two just don't fit. I think it's that way on the original Nuk too, but in this one, it's more pronounced. Also, there's something funky going on with the sizes of the head and the eyes; they're noticably larger than they should be.

When I first looked at the news I had no idea what that petpet was. After I read the text I still couldn't believe it. It would have been so cute if they would have used the normal Nuk art. I love regular Nuks, I almost got one for my Uni.

Anyway, I agree that it looks horrible. But doesn't matter; I'm not getting ANY Christmas petpet for my pets.
