Rumor says you have to refresh at Roo Island, but I doubt it.

I bet it has something to do with the boat...too bad no one can find it.

Yes, I wouldn't be surprised if we have to wait for the Cyodrake's Gaze to turn back up.

I haven't went to the Chef's page, but is it like the Kitchen Quests in Maraqua? Maybe you have to do that.

I think it's happened already for TNT to release avatars that you couldn't get at the moment, like the neopian times one... so we have to wait for the ship to turn out. I hope it's just a clickable, and I won't need to put anything in the pot.

Another thought just occured to me:

Blumaroo Day is today, the 8th. The news came out on the 7th, so hopefully that means the ship will turn up today, in time to get the avatar.
