I know Bubbles was recently added, but can you still get any other diseases from it. I'm only playing in the hope of getting Meuka as a BD Challenger, and if I can't a disease that will get me that it's not worth it as I already have the avvie.

Don't know if you can get sneezles from WOE, actually. I do know, however, that you can get it from the wheel of Misfortune, which is where I got it. And what a pain it was getting it-- seemed to take forever, so don't get discouraged! If you go the WOMisfortune route though, make sure to put away your NP and your items before spinning, as it can take or break them! Good luck!!

On the other hand, it can also give you an avatar, so that's a nice perk as well. Also, it's better to fill your inventory with junk then to empty it, since the avatar requires you to land on 'Sludge' and I don't know if you get it if none of your items get sludged.
