Has anybody else had their favoruite pet (at the moment the Jubjubs are the target) suddenly turn from a cute fairly 2d image into a monstrosity of compilicated unnecessary and completely different mishmash of colours?

I own a Robot Jujub, I wanted this Robot Jubjub since my first day on neopets. It took me ages and I finally got him. I even bought him a ghostkerchief and robot petpet paintbrush which matched the ORIGINAL jubjub perfectlly.

I have cared and looked at him daily and have become quite used to his SILVER and RED appearance.

Suddenly he is now GOLD AND CRASS with terrible shading but more importantly NOT the Jubjub I have loved and trained and cared for all this time.

I am seriously in mourning.

Has anybody else had this happen yet? and I say yet because all of you with special painted or zapped pets may be the target of a "new look" or "updated" pet at some stage.

Yes, I don't know if anyone recalls the awesome old Robot Lupe. I was so ticked off at the revamp that I started using it as a lab pet

I'm still waiting on the actual *needed* revamps...like the ever gorgeous Nimmo and Flotsam

I had no idea they redid the Lupe.

IMNSHO the new JubJubs look *way* better than the old ones. I especially like the way they added more personality to some of them, like the Cloud one or the Electric's angry pose. I admit we've seen much better Robots than this lately, but it is still a huge improvement over the old flat monochromatic Robot JubJub.
Just hang in there; you'll grow to love this look too

The wreaked the halloween nimmo. The new one is horrible compared to the new one. Sorry i dont have picks but if anyone could find them and post them for me that would be cool

Just a shock at the moment, it's a pretty drastic change. Like going to the hairdresser and asking for a trim and coming out with a shaved head with the english flag dyed into it

It still sucks when they ask first if they don't give you the right options to choose from.

The Eyrie used to be a really cool Dragon pet by the name of Tatsu, when they did the voting for the revamp they were all Griffon pets instead of the Dragon pet I was so in love with.

In which case I wonder if they even care what the users think?

Add another vote for that. I remembered what the old one looked like and my reaction was: X_X!

I like the general style of the new Jubjub, but to change the entire color scheme of the robot is wild. Its like suddenly deciding that the Striped paintbrush is going to be in yellow and blue zebra print. Who cares if the users like their Striped pets as they are!

They could've made an amazing revamp in the same silver and red as the old one. At least that would be less of a shock to the people who liked their robots how they were.
