i have been refreshing for 15 min in the igloo garge shop but it isnt restocking,,is it also for other shops?

I've been restocking at he igloo with you - nada.

Oops spoke too late.. it just restocked.

I read on a PPT news that the restocking times are now totally random, instead of a specific time...

It's true - shops now restock randomly.

It used to be that shops restocked at the zero-second mark of a random minute, and that they would get restocked in numerical order. So food got its stuff first, and Altador Cup merchandise was last.

All shops would be given a "restock!" command, but due to rare items, not all shops actually got stuff to appear (so, the coin shop didn't always get stuff because it has rarer items).

Now, however...

Shops no longer restock in order.
Not all shops get a restock command at the same time.
Shops no longer restock at the zero-second mark.
Not all shops will restock the same number of times each day.

I have about 6 tabs open right now, and refresh them all periodically. I'd say I get the chance to buy something worth my effort every three refreshes or so, and I refresh once a minute or thereabouts. And once again, it's not always in the same shop or in any given order.

The new system, I think I like. But it takes some getting used to, and some new practice.

All I got all day was a Strawberry Jelly Chia.

I've tried to restock again, but really have no idea when to refresh.

That means the system's working.

I refresh all of my tabs (click on a tab and hit F5, by the way, don't right-click on the tab bar and hit "refresh all tabs," because that looks suspicious) about once every minute or two. Depends on how into freaky factory I'm getting.
