I feel your pain I had to wait like a week to get back in my main account when that big glitch happened in April. I changed my password, forgot it, and the password sender wasn't working.

I can't log in either--I get the same security code each time I refresh.

This same thing happened a few weeks ago. I just sent Neopets a report about it--hopefully, it will be fixed soon.

But, hey, right before I had logged out of my gallery, all of the shops had disappeared--so, doesn't do us a whole lot of good to be logged in anyway.

I havent been able to login at all today ...

Yep, I was going to post on the Neopets Down topic, but that one's locked now.

I was able to sign on my lab account, get my ixi's training complete and started her on another and I got to feed my pets on that account.

But when I tried to log into my main, I got that invalid security code thing, tried again, got the same code, refreshed the page, same code again. And when I was on, everthing was loading very strangely.

Hopefully we'll all be able to log in at some point today. Please just don't let there be another security glitch!

That happened to me aswell, it's really, really annoying. I turned off my computer and cleared my cookies then tried again and it worked, probably just coincidence though!

This happened awhile ago as well when Neo was glitchy. We actually managed to determine that the same security entry code was coming up for everyone. Other than that, we couldn't do much else and just had to wait. *sighs* If the security still isn't working when the maintenance page comes down it doesn't look like I'll be able to do my dailies, chat in my guild or stock my shop

Thats happened to me plenty of times, and I usually get account locked, for now, I advise not logging out, stay logged in, unless your on a public computer, in which case you should always log out!

I've actually never had a problem logging in. Mostly thats because I just leave myself logged in all the time because I only use my home computer and I'm the only one who uses it.
