To be honest i wouldn't suggest you use it, heck it probably takes longer than 30secs to type! But the 2 codes are:
pyramibread - type this as many times as you want during the game to be shown what the next move is.
Type plzsutekcanihavemoretime to receive an extra thirty seconds on the hourglass.
The other code for the 30 secs no longer works but it was scarabaeus.
