Has anyone noticed that when you successfully complete an Esophagor Quest and it looks sad however when you fail because the time ran out he looks happy. Anyone knows why/has a theory?

Perhaps he takes pleasure in your failure?

But in all seriousness, I'm not sure, but I don't think it's a glitch or anything.

It's because he's really supposed to be on a diet. He really didn't need that grape almost gummy rat anyway.

I mean think about it really. He never gets any excersize. He just lays around with his head sticking out of the ground asking people for food. There are thousands of kids feeding him what ever he wants. At that rate he'll never loose wieght and he'll be stuck in the ground forever.

Hahahaha, yeh maybe the esophagor is being blackmailed to give out answers by the Brain Tree, but he has to make it look like it's hard to get them.

So.. what else could a mouth pointing out of the ground possibly be given? It has to be food.

Poor guy is trying to lose some weight, get out, maybe he's on Atkins, and all the while the nasty brain tree is forcing him to eat.

hmmm..... by virtue of his name, I always thought that he was a bottomless hole, how does a bottomless hole get fat? Although, where does he keep those items he gives out if you give him food while not on brain tree's quest? from his.... never mind....

I don't know, maybe his expression just means "Yeah! you not getting ANYTHING from me!"
