First you need to have the pet that has the petpet attached that you want to give the scoach to as your active pet.

Fill your inventory with some junk items incase the pant devil or grundo leader desides to attack.

Have the scoach in your inventory and refresh and refresh some more until the scoach disappears onto your petpet.

It may take a long time or not, it took me 3 days on and off to get my mootix to attach.
