Well, I think the question basically explains itself. Although I seem to be luckier at the Ice Caves Scratchcard Kiosk, I just love actually scratching off the Lost Desert ones!

So where do you like to buy yours?

I don't buy scratch cards (or play them). I never restock anything because my computer is too slow.
