...TNT has the option to tempa-suspend someone? I thought it was all permanant?
Anyway, first off, welcome to the forum.
I can't say I've ever been suspended before, so I'm afraid I don't know how I can help you. Part of me want to suggest you neomail TNT when your account becomes active again and (politely) ask
exactly what you did wrong so you can learn to avoid it in the future, but another part of me thinks that if you push the issue, they may further suspend you.
I'm going to be honest; I don't trust TNT very much. I know they're only human and all, but I've heard so many horror stories about wrongfully frozen accounts....

did you get suspended way later than whatever happened? did you find out why?
I sent TNT a neomail over a month ago when I accidentally played a game on my side, pleading for them not to freeze my account because of it and to remove my score.
They only just replied to me two days ago. With a form letter.
So, yes, it's possible they're reacting to an event from a while back.
