Who sayed they moved to Canada?
They just moved to a different office building.
How would they just pick up every staff member and say "Hey, we're moving to Canada!"?

They only allow their staff to work from the building, they won't hire people to work over the internet. I don't think they moved to Canada...

Yet another wild, not to mention utterly ridiculous, Neoboard theory.

They moved a couple blocks away to a newer, more spacious office (with more parking!). It's been on a couple of TNT's blogs. They didn't move to Canada. Trust me.

And as said above, they phased out all of the employees that didn't actually work in a TNT building.

That would have been sweet if they did move to Canada. A better chance to be more interactive with their activites and such.

OK, now that's been cleared up - why on earth WOULD they move to Canada? No offence, but they originally moved to USA for a reason, and it wasn't the British weather (well it might have been - but there were other, better reasons I'm sure).

Who comes up with this stuff?

Also even if they did move i dont belive NST would change because NST is English time (where neopets started) and even now that they are in the USA the time is still English so I dont belive it will ever change.

(someone can correct me if I am wrong but I belive the NST has been addressed in the neopian times before)

I believe NST is in the Pacific (PST) Time Zone, the standard time of California. It's definitely not in any UK timezone

EDIT: Ehhh I'm too slow in researching, sorry about that. Still a cool link tho :)
