Most of the things I stick into my SDB are valuable, or rare, or useful, or part of a collection. But this...



... is there just because it's a fun item that gives me a giggle.

What item are you hanging onto just because you think it's pretty, or cool, or funny?

Most everything that is in my SDB is just sitting there for the purpose of fulfilling the requirements for the Packrat avatar. I'm slow in the collecting process. Of all of my SDB items though, I love the Advent Calendar items and the prizes I've won from past plots.

The things currently in my SDB are things that I can't risk losing (Jub Zambra ticket and the Altador plot items). All the things that I like/have grown attached to are in my gallery.

same. i'll even spend the 10np to get cheap spooky food for the esophagor if i only hold one in my SDB. a few hundred more items and i've got my packrat

I got my packrat a week ago, so I'm in the process of clearing out my SDB, but I can't rid myself of all of the makeup items, or my vegetarian food items. Or crayons. Or a lot of other stuff.

And various war prizes and other items I've got from winning LC.

I usually end up keeping a lot of pointless things.

I have silly things like Mashed Eye Potato, Dirt Pie, and Chia Cookie Jar and cute things like Red Peophin Squishy Plushie, Ghost Marshmallows, and Ferocious Snowager Plushie. Some random things like Enhanced Solar Gauntlet, Sausage Stocking, and Scorcie Plushie...

Honestly, I hoard things. I keep a lot of random junk. XD

I usually keep valuable items I either plan on using or selling at some later date inside my SDB. I also keep gifts from friends for their sentimental value. There's an old, cheap toy that I use to keep my pet happy, and a few other items I just think are really pretty. Perhaps I should get rid of those too...

Yessir, I'm another that's working on the packrat avvie...I'm slow with it too, but it's fun to go through and just look at what all's in there every once in a while! The one that makes me smile is my extensive omelette collection

Well, I finished the packrat avvie ages ago and sold 99% of the stuff again...I can send you guys who are working on it my throw aways though as I get stuff. If anyone wants junk just neomail me or pm me here!

But what's happenned to me with my SDB is that my gallery, where I keep collections of a number of things I really love, has gotten so completely unwieldy that it won't take certain other collections...so for example I have TONS of plushies in there of every variety I don't keep in my galler *blush* And then I just have other stuff I think is cool.

Also, being a neohomer, I tend to keep neohome and garden stuff there that I haven't used yet, or stuff that doesn't load properly. I always knew I was a bit of a packrat, but yeesh....

I keep ALL things that cannot be sold for over 5000 np. You never know what item will become worth sellingdue to avatars. Garlic Halves made a kicking profit.

I keep everything, and put it in either my SDB or my gallery. Honestly, you should see how much jelly, omelette, and broken fishing poles I have.
A hobby of mine is looking through my SDB, strange as it sounds, but this might explain it.

As someone who buys at least two boxes of each expansion set for the Neopets TCG, I have a bunch of the Rare Item Code items in my Safety Deposit Box. Believe it or not, I always take the (TCG) prize if I get the chance, as one of my biggest wishes on Neopets is that they'd let TCG albums be viewable by others. Maybe *then* they'd sell well.
