From what I got out of the old clue was that since you can't actually dress your neopets, getting out of a white jacket is impossible if you can never actually try it on. Thats my take on it.

This all lead to looking in shops since that is where you buy clothes.

You're not alone Officer. I actually haven't gotten the hints here on PPT in a long time. I used to look in all the normal places, and of course get stuck and come to PPT for a little nudge in the right direction. I've pretty much given up now though because the hints are so obscure, and I'm just one of those people that will never find it on their own with just a resize. Maybe one day again there will be a hint I understand, but until then, I will search with no hope of finding it. :oops:
