I heard somewhere that the one-use items on the 1-player enemies are now actually one-use. Is that true? I'm thrilled if it is.

If that's true, it's very recent. I fought the GHM Chomby yesterday and it wasn't the case. :(

I'm trying to beat the Giant Ghostkerchief, I'm testing this theory now. He hasn't done any single use items twice yet, it may be true.

Edit: I think it may be true, I've been fighting for a while without a double use.

It's been fixed for at least a couple weeks now (I posted a thread about it on the IDB on the 5th). It's made fighting a lot easier... I managed to finish DoN 1 and even beat Snowager with my 200-boost pet. TNT are tweaking the challengers and making them a little tougher, though (I believe they added the ability "sink" to the Meerca Bros, for example). This all seems to be intentional and I'm pleased by it, although I think we can expect to see tougher war opponents who will have really nice main attackers to make up for only being able to use their bombs/freezers/healers once. ;)

I definitely think it's going to make the fights a lot more fair, i.e. the Snow Beast can't freeze you every turn, or heal every time you get him down to a few HP.

They have become smart enough to heal only when their health is in red :D

On a sidenote, I'm tired of repeating this, but:

Where is the Snow Beast? :x

I've been refreshing in the AC for awhile now. Editorial mentioned that he's going to be easier to get, so his location might have moved. Can anyone clarify?

I got him a few days ago as a BD challenger as an RE in Terror Mountain. I don't know it that's significant, but it surprised me that I didn't already have him.

Best way to get the Snow Beast is to refresh at the Gift Tags, Advent Calendar, or other low-visit or seasonal TM page.
