Lot of glitches since 2 days. Now I have 2 items in my shop with no name nor description. They are 9100 NP items. I should say ONE. I took one out and it disppareared.

So if you have the same problem don't take out the item. You'll lose it. And in that kind of lost, Neopet can't do anything.

Thats really bizzar, as I recall, the same thing happened in Mark's hop was well, I saw it in his, and a lot of others as well

that glitch is about the same type as the bottle of magic sand glitch when it was released. i bought it with 50 dubloons when it has no name nor description and no piccy but it wasn't in my inventory but i lost 50 dubloons.

I've had an object like that in the inventory of one of my secondary accounts since it was my primary account about two years ago. Annoying. I emailed support about it close to 15 months ago and it's still there.

Something similiar happened to me with a TCG card that I put in my SDB several months ago (before the Battle for Merdell expansion was offically released) It appeard as the card and then it disappeared as a blank item a few hours later. I've contacted support and heard nothing from them.

Oddly though it comes up on search as the card that doesn't exist.

Hm...are you one of those people that can't search for new items? I am one of them, try fixing it to exact, thats how I got it working for me.

Nope, I did try that when it first occured and occasionally and it doesn't "fix" it.

Okay then, I would advise contacting support, do you have any idea what the item's name was by any chance?

If you didn't read -- I did try contacting support on several occasions and I never heard from them. (I do know the item, although I don't feel it's needed information)

Okay, but I don't see it listed in any of the quotes...but okay, all you can do is pray for some sort of response.

There's been some no name/no description glitches for a couple of weeks. The one that comes to mind is someone had an airax on the tp and there was no name or description on it. At the time I thought it might be a fake or duped. Maybe not though...this glitch may have been slowly happening for awhile.

Especially in light of Greekcybunny and Rune's posts. And no response about this? Seems someone could have taken the time to look into this and send you some sort of answer.

The name name, picture and description are back.
It's a Banana JubJub Muffin. But the second one is lost.

I RSed those jubjub muffins when they first came out and some people told me they only saw a broken image in my shop/trades. It depends which server you are on...some peopel saw it fine.

Then you get THOSE types of people who threaten to report you for scamming....even when you try to tell them that some people CAN see the image and you have no control over it

well, it was teh official glitch day yesterday!
