jus wan to ask if right now my pet(lvl 50) has berserk and lets say tml when i lab my pet it goes below 50,will it lose the berserk ability?

Yep. Your pet must be at level 50 or above to use berserk, and if you drop to 49 or lower, you'll lose it.
