Lets see, benefits....

You can beta test games
You get an email account
You get a nice little portal page with lots of direct links to dailies and other stuff like trades, auctions, shop info all at one glance
You get random event neomails which yeild things like neopoints and items
You get a Space Faerie scratch card every Friday
You get a 1,000 np bonus every month
You have access to the Super Shop Wiz
You can also see all your neofriends at once and who's online. Unless they're premium too, then you can get stealth mode.

Um, that's all I can think of right now. :)
