Altador will not load for me anymore! Please help... I've got my telescope but nowhere to go....

I've cleared the browser cache, deleted those files in Internet Options, restarted my computer and even tried using Internet Explorer. Everything else in Neopia works great... but when I click the portal to Altador... only the writing and not the city appears.

PLEASE HELP! Am I locked out? Ideas? Suggestions... Please,

There are many people trying to work with Altador and the plot right now, so Neopets may be lagging. Perhaps try again at another hour.
