I wouldn't listen to the people on the boards saying the stock market is going to crash or anything of that sort.

It's happened before, and I'm sure it's just a bug TNT will fix soon enough.

I bought stocks this morning (apparently before I had my caffine, as I hadn't noticed they hadn't changed) and it seemed to work OK.

Hm. That makes me nervous. I have a substantial amount of NP invested in the stock market, and TNT seems to be ambivalent about people losing NP in the NEODAQ. Anyone remember that interview with Doug D where he said they all had a great laugh at bankrupting 3 stocks in one day? Har-de-frickin-har-har Doug. I lost about 3 mill NP on that.

Amazing the lengths they'll go to to make sure certain battledome items don't devalue, but stocks... wah wah wah, cry, moan, complain.

Although truly, it makes me want to play it safe and sell everything, like right now.

Because when they ignore the NEODAQ and let it run, things go fine, but if they accidentally notice somethign about it ro find a bug, then they go to tinkering with the stocks and fiddling with the machine that makes it run, and I always end up losing a lot of NP.

I kinda just sold anything that wasn't at a loss earlier. I can always re-build my portfolio, but whenever something like this happens, it kind of worries me. O.o';;

The page isn't all totally at 0's now, they do seem to be moving again.

But that's the problem, you can't just rebuild it - not at 1,000 shares a day.

Well, mine wasn't exactly big. I only had about 250k np in there altogether. I'm a very patient and relaxed player, so it won't matter if I have to rebuild.

Edit: I wound up only pulling out 100k or so, but you know.. that's pretty much all the NP I have right now, I didn't want to risk losing it all. >.<'

Totals: 141,400 2,131,000 1,775,850 -16.67%

I don't think it'll dissapear, no sense worrying about it. It will be fixed eventually.

Well, the problem seems to be fixed, and stocks are changing again.

And no, there was no crash- as I was trying to tell you. :P
