If you live outside the United States you may contact us via email.
To cancel your account via phone or email you will need to provide the following information:
· The Username (email address or screen name)
· Mailing address and telephone number
· The last 4 digits of your credit card, checking account or paypal payment agreement whichever method of payment you chose.
· Reason for cancellation
If you are a paypal user you can obtain your agreement number by doing the following:
Log on to your Paypal Account at
http://www.paypal.comClick on the “Profile” Tab
Click on “Pre-approved payments”
Click on Velocity Services, Inc.
We will need the last four numbers of your payment ID.
