What does the Meridell potions like the Fizzy Ummagine Potion and Turnip Tonic do?

Not all of them are there. The two you mentioned are not there, but others like jumbleberry Potion are

i just did an Illusen's quest, but didn't get the avatar. She took my clay poy, though.

what's that about? (Instead of returning to NP screen, I got that 'error on page' screen that's popping up alot now)
