Which Pet Should I Lab ray

I have 2 pets, both have been Zapped by the ray. I have 2 robot Pets, A Male Robot Buzz, and a Male Robot Uni.

Can you zap neither and just adopt a lab ray pet?

I say Buzz, too, because it doesn't look that different from the default Buzz.

They both have been zapped for a while. I stopped zapping the buzz when he went robot, but that was a year ago now, and the Uni just turned robot yesterday. I dont really want to adopt another pet at the moment., so i will probally just zapp the buzz for a while and see what happens, although the uni is my battle pet and i was using it for stat increases
