I've been on the search to find methods of training up my pet in the fastest way possible. All those neggs are out of the question- I'm looking for random tidbits that I can use until my pet is really high in levels. Let's face it, I'm not blowing 300k a pop on a pet that's level 10. Later on is another story.

I've heard of the brewing rumour that Muntandos have a random chance of increasing your pet's hitpoints. Is this true, and has anyone heard of this happening?. If not, can we conduct a study?.

I'm also wondering what other things there are. Pumpkin Neggs and BBQ Porkwiches are supposed to decrease your pet's height, and increase your pet's weight. Are there anymore? Perhaps something that increases it's height?.

Image How come in the TCG: Darkest Faerie edition there's a Yellow Gallion, but no such option to paint your Gallion this colour exists?.

It's true.

I have a petpage (out of date because pet is frozen) covering that type of info at http://www.neopets.com/~Anarcheck

That kind of info hasn't changed much recently. There are some new items that do effect stats (i.e. brightvale potions).

Edit *read's rest of post*:

I suppose I'm the self proclaimed expert on height/weight info, and it's all on that petpage. I've yet to hear of any new items with height weight effects. Donna once stated in an editorial that there are foods/items that increase height, but no one knows what those are... BBQ Porkwiches only increase weight (by 1). Pumpkin neggs decrease height by 1 to 2, and increase weight by 1 to 2. The minimum height atainable with items is 20 CM (though a pet can be born shorter).

Thank you! this post inspired me to use SSW one Muntando fruit, sniped one for 1750 (as opposed to 17500)

Go then... there are other worlds than these...

I know what food increases hight but you'll never ever ever get one. It is lolly snot. I remember when those first came out and they increased hight. They are made of runny snot and a lolly pop but you'll never ever ever get one...

And well, I was going to do a comic about just HOW they work. Think of offering your pet one. As you offer your pet one it kind of stretches it's neck and says "eww I don't want to eat that" But you keep offering it to your pet and it keeps stretching to get out of the way to avoid eating it. Over time all that stretching leads to it growing taller.

And that is how it works.

Apparently some of the lost desert scrolls increase statistics as well, but the only one I've seen confirmed is the mummified scroll.
