I know the Scarab stuff all has to go, but what do I replace it with??
Also, if anyone could give me a hand with abilities, I know nothing about them.

Anything less than 50 hp and I'd say you're going to have a VERY hard time, that is, unless you have excellent weapons... He can still beat you with some ease at around 100 hp...
