Frozen Wrongfully

I was wrongfully frozen today for using a "bot". Ive read of bots but have never used one. If anyone knows the e-mail so i can talk to them instead of the form, please post here or pm me. Thanks bunches.

I'd advise you to send a polite, simple email to both the form and whoever you choose to contact. Easiest way of gaining addresses is to look under the "About Us" page and take down names. If they list Heather [last name starts with a T], put it as heathert and try adding support.neopets.com or neopets.com on the end.
Don't bother messaging Adam or Donna, I haven't heard of anyone getting an actual reply.
And as far as proving your innocent, hopefully you submit some hard evidence. Not to be the bringer of bad news but there's been many cases when people accused of "botting" or "illegal programming" have never received a responce or have even come close to being unfrozen.
