User Lookup Shields

I've noticed for several months now that my user lookup shield never updates when it should. I should have been at 60 months for about a week now but it's still at 59.
It's not really a big deal at all but I was just wondering if anyone else has noticed this as well or if there's an explanation for this that I'm oblivious of.

My look up to neoboard age is always a month behind now.
There was an editiorial question about this and I think it was answered about a month or two ago. Seem shields always updated every 30 days(IICR), over the normal months 31, or 28 day counts they have....aka Feburary causes the mess ups.
I know my shield(65 months) tends to update about 10 days after the normal time now. >_> Account age on the Neoboards can get even more messed up.

Yep, same with me. I noticed something was up when my Neoboard posts said 40 months, and the shield only says 39. 
The shield should have changed over two weeks ago.

They really need to make some more, too. They haven't made any past "6 years," so anyone older than that is just kinda stuck.
