Pet Moods

Sun Jan 15, 2006 8:03 pm

I was wondering if there was a list of all the moods your pet could be in, and which ones were "better" or "worse." I can't figure out if my "happy" Xweetox is in a better mood than my "content" Lupe or my "cheerful" Usul.

Also, what does it take to make your pet "delighted!"? My Bori somehow reached this mood, even though I've been purposefully not using him as my active pet (don't want to run into Boochi or anything). I put all my pets in the lodge recently, but I don't think that's the cause.... o_O

I think it runs (from happiest to saddest) like this:

Delighted!
Extremely Happy
Joyful
Cheerful
Happy
Content
Unhappy
Depressed
Miserable

And all it depends on (ignoring illness) is how much you play with your pet. The more you play with it the higher it will go, and if you put a pet in the lodge at "Delighted!" it will stay that way until it gets ill :) When a pet gets ill it will go down a level each time you check your quick ref page (so avoid doing that when your pet is ill).

If you want to play with it lots just refresh the screen that comes up when you first play with the toy, every ten-fifteen refreshes seems to up you a mood level ^^

I wasn't aware of that. Good to know.

Is it true that if it is miserable long enough the color will change from whatever color it is to blue?

Yep. If your pet gets to miserable, make sure it's played with ASAP - especially if it's a pet with a nice paint job.

.. VERY good to know. Especially if your trying to transfer a pet only to have the level 2 and above rule put upon due to a random event. (:
