parental forms

there must be a glictch with neopets for all who create new accounts my mother created a new account 18 + catagory and she was told that in order to allow for new friends she would have to file out a parental approval form she 50 the forms are supose to be for accounts 13 and under my husband made an account and it wants him to fill out a form and again chose the 18 + catagory my account is over 5 mths old 18 + catagory and i havent yet had to fill the form and have neofriends on my account whay does this keep happening to us

Report the problem to Neopets. I am sure they are the only ones who can help you.

But yes... you should report the problem to TNT.

I remember signing up when I was 9, and we sent in the parental form three times. Completely ignored.

Now I'm 13 and can play without having to sign up as an adult.

That's very odd :S I'd imagine if your mother and husband report it as a bug then it will get sorted as tnt will be able to see what category the account is really under. Good luck!

well i know a few ppl couldnt understand my first post. basiclly my husband signed up for neopets in the 18+ age catagory. and tried to add my account as a neofriend to his account. it said he had to have a parent fill out a parental form. um hes 24 and married and chose the 18+ age catagory why would we need to fill out the form. and i was asking if anyone came across this same glitch. well we sent a inquiry to neopets and finally today its official my husband and i are now neofriends. i dont know what changed but thx tnt for the quick response. and if anyone has ever had this happen id still like to hear about it. u can always pm me or post a response here. any one got ideas why it wanted a parental form filled out in the first place i would be interested in what u have to say. thx
