I agree on the sending in a bug report thing seeing as it apparently has not been fixed ^^ It may very well though be fixed at some point this week, often when tnt have something to fix they wait until a certain day and fix a bunch of things at once. Most likely though they have indeed forgotten or not done it correctly.
Mind you, I'm still miffed that they are untradeable. I mean the starter pbs are fair enough as they do *exactly* the same as the plain pbs anyone can buy, but it seems very mean to have four petpets that older players have no hope of getting. At the very least they could have made them very low rarity and available to buy as well as free in starter packs. Or give older players a starter pack upgrade whenever they add something new.

I very much agree. I think they neglect the older players a little too much and to have a new "type" of petpet that is completely unavailable to us just seems like a slap we don't deserve. I understand the reason for making them untradable (to keep people from starting a bunch of accounts just to get them,) but I just don't see the point in giving them in Newbie Packs at all.
Whatever happened to just giving newbies "newbie" items? A book, a toy, a couple of foods and maybe a free training session per pet would get them started well enough.
A new account has likely just created a pet and gotten to choose from the basic colors anyway. Choosing from basic colors should be easy enough from the pound as well, as it is usually flooded with basic colored pets. I see no need for a "starter" PB.
They've promised some type of reward for older accounts before. I know we have the increased bet amount on Food Club, but other than that, what is there to reward long time players? A new "type" of petpet, even if untradable, would have been a nice item to put in a "Long Time Player Pack" IMHO. It would probably be much more appreciated there as well.
*sigh*
But I suppose I'm just jealous!
