Otter pet?

I'm not sure if this is the place to post this, but I need an answer. I'm sure I saw an otter pet somewhere sometime... I don't remember excatcly where, in necolours maybe. But a little after that I stopped playing neopets for some months. Now I'm trying to find that otter pet but it seems that it hasn't even existed.
Am I crazy? Did that otter pet never exist? Do I need a doctor? :s

That's the Lutari...it has yet to be released but it's beenhanging around for quite some time. Most likely, it will only be available for people accessing neo through their cell phone.

Edit: I've just seen the lutari on neocolours and I like it very much, I'd like to see the darigan and mutant versions of that pet *_*
