Has anyone had (or heard of anyone having) problems with submitting the MP answer? At least one of my friends has been getting the following message when they attempt to submit their MP answer even though it is their first attempt at submitting an answer for that round:

ERROR : Oh deary me, you can only enter once. Please wait until the next competition.

The consequence is that although they entered the correct answer for the MP their entry is not included and they lose out on both the prize and neopoints.

I have been trying to find out if anoyone else has had that problem but so far have heard nothing. Bug reports have been submitted to TNT but there has been no response and one of my friends has missed out for around a month now - possibly even longer.

If anyone knows anything about this I would realy appreciate it if you could either PM me or reply on this board.

Do you know if they've tried in other browsers just incase this may be a browser-related problem? Otherwise, they should send in bug reports everytime this happens until it's fixed.

It doesn't seem to be a browser-related problem. There have been many bug reports submitted but no response to any of them. Sorry to hear you've had the same problem deadlypker. I really hope it is sorted soon.

Please keep sending bug reports whenever it happens to you - hopefully TNT will actually take action if they keep getting a number of bug reports for the same thing.
