Island Bori Morphing Potion

I was going to post this on the Bill board but it's more of a rarity question that a value one. I am wanting to paint my Bori island as it is my favourite bori colour (I have too many faerie and darigan pets already, heh) and I saw on neoitems that there is an Island Bori Morphing Potion, but it is either not released (though neoitems says it is) or extrememly rare.
I was interested in the MP as it may have been cheaper than the Island PB given it is limited to one species (I picked up a Maraquan Techo MP for less than half the price of the Maraquan PB) but I'm guessing if it is this rare I'm better off just getting the paint brush :/
I know availability of MPs fluctuates a lot but for the island bori mp there are none in trades/auctions <i>and</i> none in galleries
MPs are all r99 so surely there should be roughly the same number of all kinds of MPs or does it not work that way? And if not, why not?! Heh

Well, the amount of MPs if they're all the same rarity should differ. Since MPs are released at different times, the first MP stocked has a greater amount of them in all of Neopia. Plus you should consider the amount of MPs that were used/consumed/turned in for quests. Therefore, the amount of MPs should differ from potion to potion.
But that's all beside the point. If NeoItems has it as unreleased, it probably is, and if it is released and none are in the trades then it's going to cost you a lot more than buying an Island Paint Brush.
Yeah, a few morphing potions come at a fraction of the PB cost - but don't expect Island Bori Morphing Potion to be one of those.

Yeah I kinda figured it out in the meantime, seems like all bori MPs are insanely rare/unavailable for whatever reason. At least the island pb has come down in price a lot =) Still seems odd though given that they came out a lot longer ago than many MPs that give more expensive and desirable paint jobs that are cheaper and more available. Neoitems has it as released not unreleased by the way =)
Mind you it's still not as bad as previously 40k peophin plain colour MPs being pushed to 250k-800k
