As I've posted before, I've recently been hacked (last Sunday). The hacker only took the NP that were in my bank and he zapped one of my pets with the Lab Ray, he didn't do anything to my items or shop till. I changed my password right away, and sold some items to get some NP back.

Today, I found out that two of my petpets (a Crokabek and a Blooky) are gone. I still have my items and all of my NP though. Is this some new plot thing or just a glitch? I don't think I've been hacked again because, like I said, I still have all of my valuable items.

Edit: I just found out that my Angelpuss is missing too. My Snowbunny is the only petpet left.

I changed my e-mail too, as well as my e-mail's password.

I'll have a hard time remembering my 20 new passwords now, but my pets are worth it

Yes, change your email address, or at least your email address password, and change your neopets password as well.

Also, you should do a virus scan to make sure you don't have any keyloggers running, as well as running a good anti-spyware program. Then, change your passwords again, just to be on the safe side.

If you write down passwords, write them down in code.

I don't write them down, else I'd lose the paper for sure *is incredibly chaotic*
