Why are they around 3k?

They are an item which you can get from the Maraqua fishing game. If you use it at terror mountain's fixing broken person thing, you gain a certain amount of np which usually averages around 1500 or so np more or less. As for going for 3k, i believe in most cases you gain np if you sell rather than "fixing" it at the place.

It goes for three k because there's a chance of getting closer to 10k if you repair it, but it's very low.
