My guild leader, who is also one of my friends announced that her nephew, who was called Drake Phoenix had just turned one.

Mocking the person for giving the child a "stupid" name, and mocking the child itself at times.

Why do people have to be so mean?

From that quote alone, I assure you they are far too stupid to mean what they're saying.

I'd say yes, report them. They obviously have nothing better to do than be mean.

The point of the Report system is that if you feel abuse is being made, report it.
They'll sort it out from there.

And just to be Pedantic, a Drake isnt a Dragon, its a Wyrm.

Yes, sharing their opinions in a mean, hostile way. There's a difference between simply contributing to discussion and going for blood.

Also, considering the name of the topic, it's pretty obvious that the topic was only to flame. There's no way it was meant any other way than that. o_o

Personally, after reading that discussion, I don't find it hostile, just childish, so my previous opinion still stands.
