I thought they meant I could train any stat as long as HP was less than 3 times my level...well now my pet fatcow12323 is 81 Strength...and I'd rather not spend an extra codestone and hour to train it...
Is there any negg/item that can lower my strength?...Is it even really worth training Defence though? When you have items like Thick Smoke Bomb...Downsize...abilities like Burrow/Sink...My defence is 65 right now...And I have Lab Ray too but it lowers Defence generally...
