Going to Email Felicity Asking to Unfreeze my Old Account

A long time ago, in a virtual pet site far far far far away, a person got into an old account of mine while I was on vacation. Thankfully, I had a sub account at the time with 20,000 nps on it, and a soup gallery. This is now my main account. I neomailed my account asking if it was one of my friends or something. The userlookup was changed into a horrid plaid pattern, and she was posting rude messages in my guild and booting almost everyone out. She even changed the guild layout. The person sent me VERY strange neomails about cheese on roofs, and Iceland. o_O Eventually, I asked that it be frozen because of the person inside AND IT WAS! Right before she was going to abandon my pets too.

Anyway, now I need to get it unfrozen after a year of no replies from the forms I sent in. I'm going to E-mail Felicity, but what should I say? Do I just E-mail her, or does she have her own form type thingy? What is the meaning of life? Thanx to anyone who answers anything in advance.

I'd suggest using the form to get your account back a few times, and if that doesn't work just send a polite e-mail explaining the situation. And if that doesn't work, spam their inboxs with polite e-mails :P

Well, the thing is I have used the form several times and I don't even get a human responce, if a responce at all. So, just explain the whole thing, eh? Be polite. No dir on my part. Anything else I should know?

I believe sometimes sending a letter as well as e-mail can do the trick, an actual letter is far harder to ignore. Just keep calm in your writing, explain everything in great detail and plead your case and innocence and your love of neopets and wanting your account back. Calm and polite without begging I think is the trick =)
