You could just give your friend your account, or, you could transfer it via the trading post over a long period of time...

I once got 600k from someone who quit neopets, and I didn't get frozen. :)

I've inherited all the money and items off of like half a dozen of my friends who quit haha... the best way is to just do bits at a time (maybe once a week), and use the TP. You don't want to draw attention to yourself so that they think you're a hacker/scammer/whatever.
And oh yeah, unless you're planning on keeping the items for yourself, I'd recommed selling them and transferring the money... as far as I've heard they freeze for excessive "gifts" o.o;;

That I probably wouldn't recommend. Strictly speaking you're not allowed to sell or give away an account. In addition, your friend suddenly having access to an account that is not theirs and transferring all the neopoints and items is going to look awfully suspicious and TNT may mistake your friend for a scammer (freezing your account and theirs!).

I would suggest you personally transferring the items and neopoints over to them over a few weeks so that it is obvious that it isn't a scammer (unless they've accessed from your IP addy too :P). Buy items from their shop, send some items and neopoints via the Trade Post, etc.

Well, have your friend set up a trade and you offer on it? As long as your IPs are different, I dont see why it would hurt. :D

You could mail staff to imform them what is happening, it's a long shot, but it could work. Or, take another suggestion, as mentioned, mine would work best in combination with those over the trading post, just so your friend does not get frozen.

Really? o_O I never knew that! Well now I do. :)
You should just use the trading post, over a certain period of time... :)
