This has been a bad birthday. I lost my Chokato TCG in a random event and buy another one. I post on the boards, saying that I am lending and that tips would be appreciated as I only have 60k left, and I get this:

Should I be worried? Am I in trouble? Help, please :(

Lending avatar items is against the rules.
Tipping is especially against the rules.

:) Next time, just don't lend, except maybe to your friends (although I was frozen for about 3 days when my friend lent me her MSPP [they thought I was being scammed]).

Oh--I did not realize this. There was a big fuss a couple of months back about the whole lending thing, but there was nothing specifically said in the rules, as far as I know. I am just really confused as I stated several times in my post that tipping was not required. :/

but mentioning tipping is appreactiated it is what causes it, nowhere when I loan items or what so ever do I even mention tipping, if they want to tip me afterwards that's just fine.

I can't find it right now, but I had copied and pasted a warning someone else got for asking for tips ... it is against the rules. They're cracking down on that, lending - especially pets/aged petpets, tips, and whole lot of other things. Doesn't matter if you said tips weren't required, but would be appreciated. You still, in their mind, asked for a tip.

Point taken. Is this a you're-in-serious-trouble sort of warning?

No, not serious trouble, but you should be careful about it in the future. People HAVE been frozen for it.
