Last Friday, my account was scammed.
On Sunday, I sent an e-mail to Carmen with two screenies.
On Monday, I got a reply from her asking for more verification.
Later on Monday I sent her another e-mail message with more screenies and verification.
On Wednesday I found out the account, china24680, had been frozen.
On Wednesday I sent another e-mail with two extra screenies.
On Thursday I found out that it was 'accidently frozen' for 'selling accounts/pets'.
It is now Thursday evening. No further reply has been heard from Carmen. My main questions are:
1. What should I do?
2. Should I e-mail other members of the support team? (I heard Jennifer is fast)
3. If my account is frozen, what do you think the chances are of getting it back?
4. Should I stick to my plan and e-mail Carmen every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with the same screenies but different message?

You need to be patient.

I have heard that people who send multiple e-mails are sometimes ignored. They also avoid e-mails with attachements. Sending links to screenies is recommended.

And when all the other people fail, I suggest you print out the all the screenies, and snail mail them a letter.

Great, get me to go fishing around Link Not Allowed for the screenies. :P lol

Should I send the same letter over and over again? It says that sending multiple e-mails for the same situation only slows things down, but that's only for the form... right?
