I finelly got a petpetpet, and I know the only way to get your petpetpet on your petpet is to refresh on the items window.
but... neo can get me frozen for refreshing, so... should I try to refresh, or will it be a big risk..?

It will be absoultely fine. Neopets can't freeze you for refreshing.

Yeh, its only if you use a refreshing program, and the refreshes are evenly spread. Refresh at different rates to avoid confusion. :)

you should be fine as long as you don't use a refresher program just hit f5 every so often,i wouldn't suggest putting a book on the f5 key that might get ya in trouble lol

I have found that the best way to refresh is to keep hitting the F5 key while watching TV or doing something else to occupy your time that doesn't require the use of your hands.

And, don't worry, you can't get frozen for manually refreshing.
