I'm only getting a dark grey screen that doesnt load! I have the latest flash and shockwave that works with other neopets stuff but this doesnt work!

How long did you leave it to load? It took forever to load for me. Try leaving it for a bit. Or try closing any background programs that are unnecessary.

if your using firefox i heard it won't work on it, if on IE perhaps you havn't waited long enough or maybe your security settings are to high and block the box that is supose to pop up asking if you want to run yada yada
