...bid pure NPs at the trading post?? I've finally decided to buy a Zomutt and there was a lot that wanted pure NPs for it. But when I go to make an offer it says that I have to choose an item of mine as well. Should I just pick a crappy item to send as well as the NPs or is there something I'm overlooking??

And also, how do I transfer NPs to another account?? I've opened a secondary account to begin a plushie gallery and have added it to my list of neofriends. I can send plushies to it but there isn't a button to send NPs... or is there??

Yes, you just bid a junk item along with your pure neopoints. I'm selling a Zomutt as well. How much are you offering on theirs? If it is a decent offer, I will give you 10k off of their price for mine.

As Knives already said, generally the principle is that you bid a junk item worth next to nothing along with the amount of nps they've requested to bid "pure nps". To transfer nps to another account you'll probably either have to use the Trading Post or your Shops, just place an item in one of the two in the account you are transferring the nps to (don't forget to price them if you've put it in shops, usually the idea is to way overprice), from there just go into the account you're transferring nps from and buy the item/bid on the Trade
