Apparently you get it when winning a battle with a Shoyru as you pet, just checking it for myself now.

Got that when using a Shoyru pet that I owned to battle the Inflatable Balthazar.

Okay, so it looks like you have to own the Shoyru :(

Don't worry about the Healing Goo, I can easily use the Healing Springs, but thanks anyways. Would you like it back?

I would warn people about Shoyru Morphing Potion inflation, but they are already unbuyable and going for a couple hundred K

I do suggest that people looking for painted pets to scour the adoption center for 'abandoned to get the avatar' pets.
