What are the names of some really cheap books? I want to boost a pet's intellegence stats a little but I don't want to spend any more np than I have to. :P

As far as I know, Mystery of the Kougra Paw is pretty cheap.

Try using another language, like French or Spanish (change the language in the sidebar). It usually works. Good luck :P

Most of the Brightvale Books, Booktastic Books, and Lost Desert books are pretty cheap. I know at least 10 of the Brightvale books are around 500np each.
