Hi, I'm not sure where this goes, so I figure the general chat area is a good place to start.

I need a way to contact Adam, Donna, or any of the other lesser Neopets staff members, anyone that is almost guaranteed to reply, even if it takes time. I have an issue that must be addressed, because in all fairness it's entirely unfair, and breaks the trust that the team has been trying to establish with its players.

Any help?

Email support, they can help you with whatever you need help with.

What's the big important issue, exactly, anyway?

You could try the mailto:abuse@neopets.com or the many other ones but if you really want a response, you can directly email certain staff members. Who knows of any good staff members?

In all fairness, I'm sure most people that want to contact TNT think their issue is very important as well.

If your issue truly is an issue that can't help but not be addressed, I'm sure the standard support forms would work for that purpose.

The 'big important issue' is the deletion of pets that were never frozen, and in no way did the accounts break rules. TNT always said (at least when I started) that they would not delete pets or accounts without the owner's consent, and yet I find that well over 900k worth of pets are simply gone. I put a lot of time and effort into this and want to tell them that they really should stop, or they might be risking losing old members when they leave and return to find their accounts gone.

Neopets did say t hat an inactive account will never 'expire' but has happened to a friend of mine.

I would also recommend the"Other Problems" form at
http://www.neopets.com/s/report_form.ph ... oint_id=95

I think the term "Expire" is quite proper term for such an occurance. You were not frozen or self-frozen, you account expired.

Only the pets are gone and the account is intact and unfrozen? If your account is gone, it probably was deleted in the rolback a while ago when a lot of old inactive accounts were deleted. And your issue seems like the same issue a lot of people have these days, unfortunately

It's a sad day when Neopets goes against one of their earliest claims and ends up being the 'enemy'. Jeez, this just blows my trust in them right up.

Thank you for the suggestion Stampsyne, I will try it =)

Wow, weird. Just the pets are gone? But the account itself is intact (all your np, items, etc.) are still there and you can and do access the account?

I thought if an old, inactive account was going to be deleted the whole account would be, not just pets. I know TNT will delete pets with "inappropriate" names, and I've seen them do it - both pets and usernames. I'm not talking brand new either, I know of someone who had a 2+ year old account and suddenly found themselves frozen for an inappropriate name (which it really wasn't).

Did you try searching for the pets using the search bar? Someone may have gotten your pass and stolen your pets through the pound.
