I just went to that area today and I hate the new way they made it. How long has that been in effect?

I'm assuming you mean the change from Emails to Report forms. This was done a long time ago.

A lot of people email anyways though, haha.

eh, I kinda like the form to fill out myself, I can usualy find a catagory to put it in....but then again, where i work, we value something being made easyer on us so we can help people faster and better...yeah it might be a slight pain for you to figure out new systems put in place but if they had always had forms you wouldn't be complaining right now, now would you?

People just don't like any type of change, but I think this was a good change all in all.

I liked the old way since I would always ask questions. Oh well, I have many neopet staffers in my address book to use instead.
