I see and vote evry week, usually for ppt members. OF COURSE! I had a question though. I see all of the pictures, drawings, etc. but how do people get so good pictures? Do they take a snapshot of it or something or jsut make it on a computer?

They might draw it, colour it, and then scan it on to the computer.
They might be really good with the mouse and manage to draw it.

Are you allowed to colour it in the COmputer?? EG. PSP 7??

I think you can, I did in Paint before. I still do.

Yes, you can colour your image on any graphics program, you're still drawing it after all

Would you vote for it? I wouldn't. You're generally not supposed to copy/paste neopet's work and draw over it.

I'm always suprised about the number of pictures that are just Neopets pictures that are copy and pasted and then have dots added in Paint (while some hand drawn ones don't). I really do wonder if the Judge looks at all the images, I've often wondered how some of the images fall through the cracks. One of lifes mysteries.
